3. My only complaint was about check out - there were 2 small discrepancies with our bill (which were resolved) but the clerk helping me made no eye contact and no apology on behalf of the hotel, or thanks for staying here, have a good trip home.

6. $10 for the internet, $52 to park a car (which is more than I paid to rent it), $7.50 for a bottle of water (I found out only because they charged me for this, I didn't drink it, and when I called to get the bill fixed they actually argued with me about it -- 'Are you sure you didn't drink it.
