1. I knew we were in for a great experience from the moment we stepped out of our airport shuttle and we're greeted by Ken who cracked a joke (with a really poor attempt at an Aussie accent) and welcomed us to the hotel.

2. In future, instead of using Airlink, I would make my own arrangements with Carmel Car (who had picked us up at JFK upon arrival and were great) or with the Super Shuttle.

Oh yes, don`t use the Shuttle buses to JFK - the drivers were manic, drove with their phone clamped to their ear, piled the luggage up in the back so that you were in danger of being decapitated if they stopped suddenly, and moaned at us for being late when we were there an hour before their office told us to be ready.
