1. As we arrived for checkin the welcome cud have been better from the assistant manager, we asked questions but he answered them for the sake of providing the answer and care factor low, we were put on a smoking floor.

Staff were pleasant and helpful when we needed them and we visited during the Tony awards and tried to do some star spotting and we did see Catherine Zeta Jones and Daniel Radcliffe, We had a pleasant chat with the hotel manager as the four of us were wearing large daisy flowers during our stay which intrigued many people and was a great way introducing ourselves.

3. Room not ready and when I complained, the assistant manager intervened and said 'sometimes you have to show some patience!' I then complained to him about his attitude but he went back to what he was doing and ignored me.

4. I was not impressed with this and asked to speak to the Manager, at which time we were offered a discounted rate to compensate for this issue, which we accepted and were comfortable with this.

9. As to the sofa bed comfort, it was most uncomfortable for our granddaughter, but on the following morning, upon leaving for the day, when the manager was notified, an additional mattress pad was placed on the bed and it increased her comfort considerably.
