1. No restaurant in hotel but as this is New York there are plenty of places for breakfast etc. right on doorstep.

As for area food, dinner before our show at Cafe Viand was quick & easy, had some good laughs & great breakfasts at Utopia (Amsterdam & 73rd), popped in to the Dive Bar on 75th for some locally brewed beer, & found some awesome pizza by the slice at some subterranian pizzeria around the corner from hotel (where we caught a glimpse of Gregg Allman leaving the Theatre after the second night's show).

7. Gigi cafe, on Broadway between 71st & 72nd was a fabulous cafe we found for breakfast & we enjoyed it so much that we ordered breakfast to be delivered to the hotel on the morning of the wedding.

8. The only downside is there is no bar, or cafe area, which is unusual for a hotel of this size, although there is a great market across the road and upstairs is a cool cafe type restaurant, were you can get a very good breakfast or any kind of meal.
