1. The staff downstairs were good to deal with however we did find that the daily maid service was a little hit and miss and it is annoying to have to pay for hi-fi but these are minor issues.

6. We bought a $27 unlimited 9-day metro card each from the subway station which was a great deal and also let us use the buses.
