5. The staff at the front desk were very helpful upon check in & after cheekily asking if we could be upgraded & unfortunately being told the hotel was full, the wonderful receptionist said if we were willing to wait a little while, they could put us in a king room on the 25th (top!) floor.

6. Last but not least, the staff were all very pleasant from the front desk staff to the lovely cleaner who left us extra towels, pillows and toiletries and kept the suite immaculate.
