The hotel itself is great-location, accomodations, etc.The problem was the management staff-When I was charged the wrong rate ($100 higher per night than quoted) the

refused to adjust my rate to the group price I had booked.

about all of this, I didn`t get much reaction (not even a 'sorry about that'), just asked if I wanted another room.

Lied to by restaurant/room service staff about their opening hours and when we complained the restaurant

did little more than shrug and suggest we eat elsewhere.

The next morning I relayed my complaint to the day

of the front desk, who immediately acknowledged that this had happened because we were late arrivals and offered to reduce the cost of the room for the previous night.
