7. The hotel itself is great-location, accomodations, etc.The problem was the management staff-When I was charged the wrong rate ($100 higher per night than quoted) the manager refused to adjust my rate to the group price I had booked.

9. Lied to by restaurant/room service staff about their opening hours and when we complained the restaurant manager did little more than shrug and suggest we eat elsewhere.
