2. Maybe a bit dissapointed, all ok - except too small breakfast facility - and indeed very good value for money, but bit oldish feel and not completely fresh and up to Date rooms with pretty much noise from street below where proper blinds/doble windws would have been appropriate.

3. Despite the night noise, I think that Hospitality House was great value accommodation for a family of 4 in midtown Manhattan (we paid about $300 a night for a 2br apartment suite).

5. So you can walk loads of places from the Hospitality House, to 5th Ave, up to Central Park, to the United Nations building etc. - and there is a subway station around the corner - which we used a lot - we got a 7-day unlimited travel card for $29 each which turned out to be great value.

9. Good value at this hotel, but personnel amke the difference - from housekeepers to front desk, all exceptional, and Sam polite, gentlemanly demeanor, courteous under duress, and does his best to make all feel welcome and appreciated.
