1. As the hotel is in downtown Manhatten, it is difficult to not have noise, however I found that there was constant street noise at night, and it seemed that the laundry trucks came to the Marriott hotel across the road several times each night.

2. Otherwise take a 10 mins walk down the avenue and spend 2 hours waiting for your laundry to be done.

7. The front desk reported the water pressure drops when they do laundry and asked us to wait 20 minutes before trying to shower again.

8. Lack of a guest laundry is also a nuisance but is made up for by having spacious, comfortable surroundings with excellent kitchen facilities and good housekeeping.

9. Hydraulically lifts carts full of laundry, dumps it into the truck than drops the carts back on the ground.

10. The front is directly across the street from the Marriot's service area and late at night (I'm talking midnight to 1am, a huge truck pulls up and they load/unload clean/dirty laundry for hours.
