1. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in our room it was very clean and welcoming a there was plenty of hot water for a shower.

4. The only (and very minor) fault we could find was that the shower pressure in the two showers was quite intermittent (and never very powerful), I did mention it when we were leaving but it was not really a major issue.

10. The only downsides we could think of was that the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existant which made it virtually impossible to shower and the street noise at night.
