2. If you want fancy and have extra money to spend then there are tons of other choices in New York but what this place has going for it is, its very spacious suites, comfortable beds, and clean rooms.

5. The 2nd problem was as we were a family of 4 we left the tip from all of us in 1 room, and the room which hadn`t left the money we felt the same care was not taken when making the bed.

7. Maybe a bit dissapointed, all ok - except too small breakfast facility - and indeed very good value for money, but bit oldish feel and not completely fresh and up to Date rooms with pretty much noise from street below where proper blinds/doble windws would have been appropriate.

8. All the staff were brilliant and very helpful, we found that if we told the front desk where we were going that day they generally had money off vouchers available or could tell us the best time to go and avoid the queues.
