4. The mini bar and table top 'weight' controlled tray were very well stocked, too well stocked and a great temptation but prices were ridiculous - $11.98 for a bottle of water.

The doormen were great- Our hotel room overlooked some alley- not so great- but we got a good price- breakfast expensive-but there is a Starbucks right across the street- Great location and we felt safe- you can walk to the Today Show - Rockerfeller Center - quickly- over all I would stay here again-.

8. If you are looking for a more reasonably price option, i'd opt for somewhere smaller than the Palace, as there will be a greater chance of staying in a venue that truly puts the customer first.

9. My husband would love to see an in room coffee maker and was pretty upset we had to go out of the room for that first cup of coffee or pay a huge price for in room delivery.
