1. I will say that when I called downstairs to the front desk they were extremely sympathetic and adjusted our bill, but I actually don't think they should be booking anyone into that corner of the hotel until the pile-drivers have stopped breaking up the concrete.

2. He didn't really want to double check if the rate/bill was correct, but we insisted and after doing so he returned and said in a condescending tone of voice, that we should consider ourselves lucky that we got the room at 640$ a night since others payed 800$.

3. We ate our lunch downstairs and although they say it is free it is 75.00 credit which only paid for half the bill which ended up being 140.

6. )WARNING: The mini bar is very sensitive, the only thing we touched were the wine glasses for the wine we brought elsewhere (too expensive from the mini bar) and our checkout bill incurred costs from it, after a phone call to reception our bill was amended.

7. I felt like they took advantage of a 16 year old and called to have the tip removed from my final bill,Overall, it was a privilege to stay at the Palace and I would definitely go back and recommend to friends.
