Staying at the Palace Hotel in NY is always an exiting experience, the comfort of using of the Executive Lounge, wonderful breakfast and snacks and most of all the exquisite, helpful kindness of Mr Napoli, Manager of the Executive Lounge, our old friend Jerry Maguire, now Banquet Manager and Ruggero Massetti Director of the Towers Club, they all went out of their way to make our stay ever more enjoyable.

7. In the end we went in to front desk to complain about the service and spoke to duty manager Dominic,who was very nice and he obviously apologised and asked if there was anything he could do to put things right.
