Every time I called the front desk they basically treated me like a second class citizen and didn't really fix anything, the highlight of this was when I rang the reception this evening too ask about the the club level, the person I spoke to basically told me she had never been to the club and therefore knew nothing about it and told me it was closed, (which it wasn't) unbelievable.

8. I like the fact that the front desk clerk and management did not make a big production about the fact they had taken my difficulties into consideration and how they were to rectify the situation.

9. I won't specify what they did, but I did not ask for it, and it was a pleasant surprise and definitely made up for the difficulties with the front desk clerk upon check in and with the construction noise during the three nights of my stay.

10. The assistant manager offered to move me to the other side of the hotel (the side I probably would have been put on had I not had a problem with the front desk clerk upon check in) the next morning and that all I would need to do is let them know when my bags were ready to move.
