2. The young man at the checkout counter said that as a 'special accomodation' they would put a rollaway bed in the King room free of charge (apparenlty there is uaually a $50 charge).

3. We have stayed at the Omni hotels in the past which are as nice as The Palace and they offer you a choice of beverages in the am at no extra charge.

4. However, I cant understand why five star hotels like the Palace charge truly excessive rates for breakfasts: i ordered a bowl of fruit and coffee and they charged over 50USD.

5. The rooms have a very good size but they charge you even for breathing .

6. One note: you have to ask for plates, glasses and silverware, but the Palace was very accommodating and also stocked out kitchen with a microwave and large coffee pot at no charge.

7. My first surprise was the fact that wifi was available for free only in the lobby, but for a nominal charge to access it in the room.

8. Only gripe - charging for the wifi - I usually avoid hotels that charge for wifi - this is something that hotels will need to address - guests just aren't going to put up with it.
