7. I have one small complaint, although it was big to me at the time: We pulled up to be valeted after a long night at an event, at about 4am (just wanting to fall down into bed and sleep) and we had to wait 20 minutes for a valet to even show up.

9. Having been there for a month we felt like we had struck up friendships of sorts with various of the valets (who were always reliable for a friendly greeting and farewell), housekeepers and concierges.
