1. Check in was a breeze, staff were pleasant and helpfull, food was excellent, pools and spa were beautiful (sneaky $50+ add on service charges on each of our facials though was an unpleasant suprise).

9. The small lobby threw me off for a minute because of the size of the property, but it is more then adequate for check in and check out, with the added bonus of bringing you within speaking distance of the front desk staff.
