4. In Brazil you pay taxes if you use your credit card, and the taxes that I payed will not be returned when the hotel cancel the bill - I pray they cancel, they made a big mistake.

5. We had a complimentary breakfast in the deal but the hotel tried charging for this but took off the bill when challenged, also we had free wi-fi but did not get it.

6. Viceroy billed me twice for 2 nights on top of tagging a no smoking charge on when I had their housekeeping manager verify that the room had previously been smoked in.

7. The Bar is nice but $18 for an average cocktail is a bit steep not to mention the 18% service charge already added to the bill 'for my convenience'.

8. On the positive: the pool is beautiful and the restaurant is pricey but very good (18% tip is built in the the bill, which appears to be standard for higher priced restaurants in Miami).
