1. Check in was a breeze, staff were pleasant and helpfull, food was excellent, pools and spa were beautiful (sneaky $50+ add on service charges on each of our facials though was an unpleasant suprise).

The occasional Pirate ship Fireworks at night as seen from the roof Spa are almost as spectacular as the enormous pool on the same12th floor but not as engaging as the quint little restaurant with the most creative, killer keylime pie we've ever had including the many in Key West woofed down in earlier years of wasted youth.
