3. The small lobby threw me off for a minute because of the size of the property, but it is more then adequate for check in and check out, with the added bonus of bringing you within speaking distance of the front desk staff.

We contacted concierge via e-mail regarding getting us Miami Dolphins tickets but they never responded and when I contacted reception about a late check out they told me I would have to do it when I got there and were confused by my e-mail and put my departing flight down as my arrival flight time.
