1. We had 2 flat screen TV's, AC, elevator, nice marble bathroom with nifty glass walk in shower, nice English soaps, etc. The location is superb, only one block off the beach, and a block off 5th, the highway to Miami and the airport.

4. This is a converted apartment building so each room is like a small apartment with a bedroom w/walk in closet , living area, full kitchen, small bathroom.
