1. I don't even think the staff changed the bed linen and bathroom linen before our arrival!it was so dirty and wrinkled, when I flipped over the bed sheets, there were black dots on it.

3. The amenities were poor and the room dirty - I had to ask for my sheets to be changed and had to ring more than once for fresh towels to be brought as the chambermaid failed to replace them when she 'cleaned' the room.

6. Stains on the sheets and stuff, it was so dark you wouldnt have noticed, but while it was day i was able to open the blinds and see stains, who wants yto sleep on stained sheets.
