1. bed broke on the frist night but the front desk changed our room with a better view and no charge for the mini bar for the rest of the stay.

2. There was a nice king bed in the bedroom, with only about a foot of room around it -- to get to the window side of it, you have to carefully edge your way past the flat screen tv that is mounted on the wall, which is too close to be viewed comfortably.

3. Okay, let me start by saying this hotel was in a great location however it was behind the steve madden sho store and was a little scary to enter at at night, the view out of the windows was a dirty parking lot.

5. I had just checked out and he wouldn't let me use the bathroom while the Metropole valet took 30 minutes to get my car- Not the greatest window view- There is no conference room.

PROS:-Very nice staff-New and designer furniture-Large room-Free muffin & Newspaper on weekend-Full mini kitchen (fridge, dishwasher,coffee maker,sink, microwave)-Free internet (Wifi)-2 large screen plasma TV (bedroom & living)-iHome music + RadioCONS:-Dark & Depressing wooden floor and wall painting (if you open the curtains you want to close it again as the view is not nice, some garbage by roof)-Big closet space but tiny tiny bathroom with no tub and no shelfspace for anything.
