1. When we unload all our baggage and try to check-in we are told that there are no rooms available and that we have been upgraded to Metropole to a room with a King bed and a pull out sofa bed.

9. That was a big turnoff, and also the fact that it did seem there was a vacancy when I arrived (which was not that early by the way, it was maybe 11:30 am) and they still refused to do an early check-in.

10. I got in pretty early, and I do understand the concept of check in time, etc. however the staff was very nonaccomodating to those that get in a few hours before hand.
