9. If you can get a really good deal and are not too concerned about service, cleanliness, efficient air conditioning or a pool, it would be ok as the location is pretty good and having a kitchen is quite convenient.

10. Although there are nice amenities in the room such as several plasma TV's and an ipod dock, this does not, in my personal opinion, entitle the hotel to charge such hefty prices but slack off on service and cleanliness.
