1. It's better suited for young singles or groups looking to have fun in Miami, who don't mind the lack of a pool or bar.

4. If you can get a really good deal and are not too concerned about service, cleanliness, efficient air conditioning or a pool, it would be ok as the location is pretty good and having a kitchen is quite convenient.

5. Location of the hotel is nice, cute courtyard, no pool, lots of closet space, kitchen (no cooking utensils, one small pot/pan, utensils, plates/cups, fridge/freezer), comfy beds, dining table, flat screen tvs, 2 blocks from the beach.
