1. Valet parking in Sunny Isles (town) is mandatory for some reason and at $24 a night it adds up.

4. Valet parking at $26/day - it's a flat charge so you can come & go but there could be a wait during the peak season to get your car unless you called ahead to have it brought around; allegedly it's a city of Sunny Isles Beach ordinance that requires the valet.

7. - pool was a little small but clean and refreshing - beach access was close and easy , clean beach i would say nicest in the area- the down side was the valet parking $26 PER NIGHT + TIPS i could have stayed an extra night , but for the price i payed for the room (King Suite) it was still worth it.
