s are professional and generous with extra towels, etc. All of the hotels on the beach in Miami have valets ($26/night) but except for prime dinner hours they usually get your car in 5 minutes.

The
maid
responsible for cleaning our suite ran the dishwasher most days but didn't add detergent (there wasn't any for several days until we requested it) so don't depend on the dishes being clean and they do not bother to put them back in the cupboards either after they were washed.

We went to the lobby to see a manager and pointed out that our room had not been cleaned until 4pm that day (after we had come back from the beach - we had to get new towels from the
maid
who said she wouldn't do it until later) and surely we could have the room for a little while past 12 noon - but again were told a definite no to a late check out.
