4. Last, the housekeeping ladies took almost 2 hours to clean our room one of the days (while we were sitting and waiting for them to finish before we could get ready in the bathroom) because they kept leaving and coming back multiple times.

5. The service is amazing, if you need ANYTHING they are right there to assist you, from housekeeping to beach service.

6. We stayed at the hotel for 15 nights and not ONCE did housekeeping sweep the balcony or wipe off the tables, even though we were using them daily.

10. My room was never cleaned before 3 PM each day, and though I requested extra towels to be delivered daily (they routinely left 5 bath towels, which are not enough for 7 people), I needed to call housekeeping each night to get more.
