1. The maids are professional and generous with extra towels, etc. All of the hotels on the beach in Miami have valets ($26/night) but except for prime dinner hours they usually get your car in 5 minutes.

We went to the lobby to see a manager and pointed out that our room had not been cleaned until 4pm that day (after we had come back from the beach - we had to get new towels from the maid who said she wouldn't do it until later) and surely we could have the room for a little while past 12 noon - but again were told a definite no to a late check out.
