1. Walmart across the way and loads more shops the further you walk up the road (Denny's for cheap meals - though seen better days, MacDonalds and nicer restaurants a bit further.

5. We found that we drove to South Miami most evenings to eat, to Dan Marino's and Bleu Pizzeria at Sunset and to the Village at Merrick Park where there are some very good restaurants.
