The only complaints I have are that you are required to valet park and it is about $30, and that they
charge
for internet access.

Valet parking at $26/day - it's a flat
charge
so you can come & go but there could be a wait during the peak season to get your car unless you called ahead to have it brought around; allegedly it's a city of Sunny Isles Beach ordinance that requires the valet.

I was ready for the valet parking (and the
charge
) from the reviews here.

I pointed out that they had only had pancakes so surely this should be the
charge
.

We didn't like the $24
charge
per day (seemed excessive) but at least you always got your car within minutes and with a smile/joke.

The only thing maybe to consider is that this is based on the north beach, we had to get a taxi to get to south beach which would usually cost us about $40 one way, kind of expensive, there are buses which only
charge
$2 to go anywhere around Miami.

I was told on our day of departure that no part day
charge
was available, even though we only wanted them for a couple of hours - it's a full day's payment or don't use them.

It was a little annoying to have a bellman insist on going to the room with us even though 6 of us were more than capable of carrying a few bags, and the $22 parking
charge
is a little steep, but those were minor in the big picture.

On our last night my husband did speak with a Hilton honors rep who did not
charge
us for our other intended nights of stay and he did say he was sorry to hear about the problems.
