My wife & i stayed here for a week- Service was excellent from the valet to the front desk everything we requested we got right away with a smile- every room is a suite with a ocean view balcony, the room was masive w/a Full kitchen, couch , big bathroom w/jacuzzi and 2 sinks, washer/dryer - no dirty laundry to wash when i got home .

9. Overall, the facility and service was much better than what I have experienced at other hotels, but I have never had to call the front desk as many times as what I did on this trip.
