Additional notes: drive extremely carefully and do the speed limit everywhere - I have never seen so many police!; this hotel (Miami in general) is very international - kind of cool to be at a place where at least 50% of the visitors are foreign; the sun/shade - okay the reviews are correct, but big deal, accept it for what it is relative to where you are (in the middle of an international city) and it is not as big a deal as everyone makes it.

5. At the end of my trip I spoke to the hotel manager about all this, and he said he was indeed having many problems with his housekeeping staff, and had just hired new management to deal with it.
