Here are my pros and cons:Pros:Beautiful lobby and lovely grounds; great pools; spacious rooms with nice amenities and oh so quiet; friendly and courteous staff; fitness center that was the best I've been to on a hotel property; fantastic meal at Amasia; nice beach area; adult pool was a bonus; close proximity to airport and Lahaina.

4. From the time we pulled up in front of Grand Wailea's waterfall entrance, with cheerful quick valet, to an Aloha lei greeter who walked us to the check in lobby, we always experienced helpful cheery staff.
