1. No real upgrade for diamond members, but at least it was free and she waived both the daily resort fee and parking fee.

2. 25 nightly fees for pool/towels, 30 for parking and believe it or not to use the buisness center they charge to use the internet which is free in your room.

7. Resort fees should not exist, you already feel like you paid for resort then they add on this fee.

From $250/day for a large canopy (which is 95% vacant everyday, since no one in today's economy would want to shell out that kind of money for shade), to $50/day for a smaller two-persons lounger, to $25 to clean out the in-room fridge for us to put our own drinks in there, to $25/day resort fee (which by the way, should cover those shaded canopies in the first place).

The checkin was awful (I have never experienced such terse hotel personnel at checkin), pool service was off/on, when the parking attendant thought I was a local he treated me like trash (although I parked a van there everyday paying my $20/day fee), pool security took our belongings off the chaises while we were swimming with the kids (something about leaving your chaises for 60 minute chaise policy?).
