1. When I am spending nearly $400 for one room service bill, I expect prompt resolution - or even a token of appreciation for our patience.

3. Okay the positives: Fresh leis when we arrived, staff is quick to point out when gratuity is included on the bill, beautiful property, free wifi, lots of high end shopping, cold bottles of water in your vehicle when picking up from valet.
