1. Once you step out of your car, you'll be warmly greeted with a lei and led to the check in desk where there's complimentary guava juice and ice water.

3. At check-in, we were provided with absolutely no information about the many rules of pool and beach access, dining, etc. The grounds are large and there are a few tricks to the pool/beach, it would have been nice to get a brief overview at check-in.

4. Check in was a breeze, the room was perfectly clean, loved the swim up bar, beach etc etc etc. The only 'complaint' i would have is that I wasn't told I needed to get a daily bracelet until day 2.

5. I do not blame the employees, I just think that they are not trained to handle anything except a simple check in, and they certainly are not empowered to do much.

6. Check in clerk was wonderful - very friendly, upgraded us to an ocean view room and gave us a voucher for a free bottle of champagne at any of their restaurants.

9. The other check in service that we enjoyed was that they gave us a 'hospitality room' to change and clean up in because we arrived in the morning before check in time and our room wasn't ready.

10. We were upgraded to the Napua Tower thanks to Agnes at the check-in desk who accommodated our request for a room with a king bed (instead of 2 queens.
