1. There are ample lounge chairs, plenty of towels and little touches such as water stations flavored with fresh oranges and lemons.

2. When we saw that the room wasn't serviced before 2pm, we requested a new supply of towels and asked the cleaning staff to clean our room after 4:30pm.

3. Renovation already poorly maintained - - Dirty guest rooms - Lots of hair on floors, obvious urine on toilets- Pink bacteria/fungus growing between the expensive glass shower tiles- Room with no towels, dirty/used glassware on balcony- I've had rooms with the tub's spa jets not working.
"Poor Service Hiding Behind Renovation " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/24/2009 Vote
4. There were plenty of towels and someone there all day to supervise the free chilled lemon water.
"So good I went twice in a month " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/10/2009 Vote
5. Everyone in the staff was friendly but without overdoing their job, the Starbucks in the hotel is very convenient, the towels are soft, the pools are nice (there is one adult only, and they pay attention so that no kids are around) and they have free citrus water all day.
"Good value " Read full review on Expedia   8/11/2009 Vote
6. It was filthy, no one had cleaned up all the trash and old towels; to top it off the pool itself had trash and sand all over the bottom so I wouldn't recommended swimming there.
"Just okay, won't stay again. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/7/2009 Vote
7. Numerous requests to have it cleaned were ignored and she finally got out her own towel and cleaned it off the next morning before we drove to the tournament.

9. One note that caused a little bit of a problem - if you want to save a chair, don't be a heel and put a towel on 13 chairs for you and your friends, then leave for three hours to go back up to your room to sleep.
"GREAT! But no ice machines... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/23/2009 Vote
10. The bed was comfy and the linens, robes, towels and toiletries were all good.
