1. Room service was great and the buffet as well -- tho we preferred the a la carte granola; the buffet encouraged us to eat way too much.

4. Things like an area being tarped, minor finishing touches in the room that haven't been completed, room service menu not in room (but they were very quick to bring it), etc. Things that a new hotel can struggle to get right at first.

7. Then, the hotel was being closed Sunday for a private group coming in to celebrate Passover, so there was no room service and limited food available from Saturday night into Sunday-again we were never informed of this when booking the room.
