1. The beach felt very private and the water was amazing.
"Perfect for us " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/11/2010 Vote
2. Valet parking is $30 a day, but they had a package for $45/day for parking and two chairs and an umbrella on the beach which I thought was a good deal.

4. -the nachos, strawberry mojitos & key lime pie at Cabana restaurant were amazing-Gia was nice for a fancier dinner-4 pools including an 'adults only' with a great view of the beach, I loved that pool-Beautiful interior including the lobby and lobby bar-Guest room with limited view still offered a small view of the beach for a good price-amazing service, great maids and doormen with lots of advice to give-the beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby-the room has an iPod dock for holiday tunes and charging-neat history, Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack stayed there and the elevators are original.

5. It had all of the classic Renaissance amenities with very comfortable beds and excellent (albeit expensive) food from room service but very appropriate for a hot beach climate.

6. My friend and I decided to take a long-awaited vacation to Miami Beach, FL and chose Eden Roc based on the fact that it had just undergone a $180 million dollar renovation, the location directly on the beach and the reviews on here.

8. It was an amazing trip and here are the details:The best parts-Right on the beach-Very quiet and peaceful, I think that people who mentioned it was loud were there around the Winter Music Festival.

9. Not so great-you have to pay for your beach chairs and umbrella ($15 for an umbrella, $10 for chairs daily plus gratuity)-a 22% gratuity is tacked on to everything-to get to the hot spots on Miami Beach you have to cab it (but they're cheap)-the beach was nice but there were jellyfish and seaweed, it could have been raked-If you are younger (we are 24), people sometimes give you dirty looks don't ask me why-the limited view rooms don't have windows that open Overall it was a great experience, a safe and trendy hotel in a wonderful area with really nice people.
