5. At check-in I had to remind the desk clerk to offer my Platinum Arrival gift (I chose the 500 bonus points and I'll cut him some slack since it was after 1 am when I arrived and there as only the night auditor on duty) but was surprised that no complimentary breakfast was offered (although it is considered a resort and complimentary breakfast offer is optional for the resorts, the last time I had stayed there complimentary breakfast was still offered - an unfortunate casualty of the current economic state I suppose).
