1. One complaint would be that rooms are pricey enoughs, so you would expect the free wifi to be available.

2. Once you sign up for that in the lobby - you can bring your ipad/laptop back up to your room and use the wifi there for free (up to 2 hours).

3. Again, we had free wifi as a platinum member - maybe the wifi charge policy could be the same as proposed above for valet parking.

7. Yes, internet has a charge (doesn't every expensive hotel?) but if you connect to wireless in the lobby (requires name and room number), then the connection works for two hours even when you return to your room.
