1. There is a champagne ceremony daily and for the fees we all pay, all guests should be given a small taste.

2. We were told after we sat down that there would be a $40 corkage fee (she was nice about it though) unless we wanted to move to the three seats at the far end that were open.

3. One of the great perks of staying at this hotel are the reduced greens fees at the Makai and the Prince course (bring plenty of balls for this one).

4. Just a FYI - the valet service is complimentary, but there is a daily parking fee that you may not hear about until you check out - remember to ask about it!~Alex.

7. We didn't mind the valet parking charge of $20 per day because the other hotel in Honolulu where we stayed also charged that as a resort fee, and we didn't even have a car there.
