1. You can also order off the menu but the buffet is the best value.

2. We were able to upgrade to a Junior Suite for $100/night through an offer email directly from the hotel - this is an excellent value and well worth it, but at the standard rack rate of ~$1000/night, I would say a 'normal' room category would be a fine choice for us.

10. Staying at the top tier Starwood Hotel and as highly valued member of the SPG program we prob would of liked 'the Kauai Grill is booked but we certainly can try to get you a reservation' or ' the hotel is sold out we try our best to accomodate a late check out'.
