5. The service was excellent from check in to check out - great staff, valets, servers and butlers (suites only have butler service with all of the standard St Regis 'allow me' perks - morning coffee service, packing and unpacking service, ironing service, etc..

7. Example: our bellman who helped us with our bags when we checked in was super nice and friendly during check-in, we saw him the next day in the hallway and he put a flower arrangement up in front of his face and hurried past us.

8. Although we aren't into someone else unpacking or packing our luggage (we did ourselves), we were able to have movies delivered to our rooms, questions answered quickly and arrangement made including stress free check in and out.

9. Other than that, look forward to a beautiful lei upon check in, cold bottles of water in your car every day and above all the most friendly staff in the world in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

10. - The staff for the most part was extremely nice except for the concierge staff (kind of curt)- The staff at Kauai Grill were fabulous- The resort is very family friendly, we brought our infant son and they were very accommodating to us, they even gave him a stuffed seal at check in.
