1. I did receive a response back from a front office manager asking when we could speak to each other.

The champagne ritual was run by concierge staff and had not even one free glass to toast or any appetizer samples - compare this with the Punta Mita, where the manager himself ran the event, and there was generous free champagne and even a couple of rounds of very nice appetizers, all at no charge.

Jose, the manager took very good care of us and everyday we had a special gift sent by him,champagne, chocalates etc. All of the staff here from the parking attendants,administration,pool services and restaurants understand customer satisfaction and their goal from the beginning of your stay to the end is to make you as happy and comfortable as possible.
