3. Bathroom was nice and clean (loved the rubber duck!) Bed was perfect (our only complaint was that the pillows were a little too soft), so nice to come back to after standing all night at the concert.

5. The rooms are decorated with a quiet sophistication that is very comfortable (feather pillows and comforter, wool throw blanket), and every person we encountered on the staff - from housekeeping to the front desk - was helpful, courteous, and kind.
