1. I was welcomed already when leaving the taxi and was given lots of helpful information by chief concierge Jerry Good at check in.

2. Upon arrival waited 15 minutes until reception desk staff was free to check-in (v poor impression made worse as when being checked-in the receptionist answered the phone and dealt with the incoming query).

6. This time stayed 3 nights at my expense and very well worth it, from the speedy, friendly check in, one of the concierges took us and out bags to the room and gave us lots of info.

10. The check in staff were pleasant and made sure my room was the best they had at the time, the room itself has floor to ceiling windows which gives a great feeling of space to the room.
